Hargadon Conenction:: Great-Great uncle Patrick Hargadon married to Mary E Finnegan. Born appx 1840, I believe in Sligo, Died Sept 4, 1876 in Riverdale, NY. I just came across this site and thought that it might be helpful in tracking down Patrick & Mary's birthplace.They married in NY in 1873 but I believe that they may have both been born in the same area. Would love to know if anyone can help. What a great group this seems to be!

We may have a connection. My gr- grandparents were Peter Finnegan and Mary Rooney. Their daughter Catherine was my grandmother. They had a son named Patrick who married a woman named Mary ? Patrick was born ca. 1865 in Dromore West, Sligo. The Hargadon connection is through my Finnegan line.
