Hi Jim. Yes all the info connects. Your grandmother was my grandfathers sister. Yippee, this is all fantastic. The info i was able to get from my Auntie Babs was - My grandfather was James Hargadon did marry Barbara McGleave as stated, children were, Mary, Ellen, Joesaphine,Barbara,Margaret,James(my dad) and Bernard (who died as an infant due to a childhood injection gone wrong?!) Grandfathers brother Joseph married Jean ? in Scotland before emigrating to the States, they had 2 children in America, names not known. Thats about it at the moment. Would love to know any more info you have . Cheers Lisa

What's weird about this is that I've seen that John Hargadon listed in the US census data, but it's not my great-grandfather. However, there are some real coincidences with him. I believe my ggrandfather was born in 1869 and emigrated in 1890, and had three children of his own and two adopted nieces. One of the three children died as a child, the other two were Bernard and John. What makes me pretty sure that they are not the same is that my ggrandfather settled in Wayne, PA and didn't have a brother Bernard. What makes this a little bit of a mystery is that my ggrandfather *never* shows up on any of the major US census data...

Jim,

Your info seems correct, but we wonder about the address as we know 177 Craigneuk St. and not 111. We will check this for you.

I was unable to open the Family Tree info. but I passed it to Betty and she was able to open it. We were interested in the contents but disagree with a couple of things, particularly date of Francis death. If this is our grandfathers brother Frank then he was still alive after Betty was born in 1936. We will gather all the info on Patricks children and grandchildren and post it for you. Do you want all info on children to date?

Hi James,

So sorry for not getting back to you sooner.  I will check with my mom on your questions.  Are you from Elizabeth NJ?  Are you also familiar with the Olears?  Jean Hargadon Olear was my father's sister ...  Hope this finds you well ...

Good Day,

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(mrsstellaabudheir200@gmail.com ) for the full details.

Have a nice day

Thanks God bless.

Stella.
